St. Oswald's Church is a two-cell Norman church with a good high chancel arch with typical cushion capitals. The church was much restored in the nineteenth century. A small aumbry, thirteenth-century piscina and a good nineteenth-century altar add much to our enjoyment of this isolated building. A small hagioscope leads from the south-east corner of the nave into the chancel, indicating the former position of a side altar.
Visitors will be invited join a tour, search the Baptism, Marriage and Death Records and afterwards enjoy a light refreshments. Meals can be eaten at the Cat and Custard Pot Public House where the menu is variable and the food delicious.
