Quebec House

Situated near the picturesque village green in Westerham, this redbrick house has 17th century origins as well as many fascinating features from later centuries. For some years it was the childhood home of General James Wolfe, who led British forces to victory over the French in Canada in 1759.

Rooms contain portraits, prints and memorabilia relating to Wolfe's family and career. The Tudor stable block houses an exhibition about the Battle of Quebec.
