A visit to the award winning Rough Old Wife real Kent artisan Cidery.

At our rural farm location you will be stepping back in time to the traditional way of cider making in Kent using our counties finest apples. A free hour tour, talk and tasting with Simon Reed, founder, cider producer and course teacher who appears frequently in the media and TV about all things cider! Suitable for all those interested in the history and practical aspects of real cider. We welcome all ages but please bear in mind we are on a farm location with various equipment and limited facilities, also please dress accordingly for the weather and an unheated Cidery!

Our real Ciders will be available to take-away and we will have available some small snacks, teas, coffee and juice. For those coming nearer lunch we have the Timber Batts Pub, 500 yards from us, in Bodsham which we can highly recommend.
